Sorry to say this but this place is definitely not the best place to go for second hand cars at all. As they are second hand car dealer.
I purchased a 2010 Nissan X train on 27th Feb 2021. Literally after 4 days I had the car, the engine died. They towed the car back to Launceston ( I live in Huonville ) to repair after I write a complaint letter.
Get my car back on 27th April. Even it took nearly two month to change the engine, it’s fine. No rush for that.
But the car we picked up got engine light on and got something wrong with transmission as well. We DO NOT have this two issue while we purchase the car.
Didn’t pay 10 grand for a car with engine light on and with transmission issue...
Emailed service manager and he asked me to send the car to Hobart Nissan and they could have a look at the car. “ No need for appointment, just let him know if you drive pass the shop” , he said .
Well it’s exactly what I did today, and the service manager in Hobart Nissan told me it could be a week until I could have my car back.
If the car is not fixed they should have not send it back to Hobart to me and keep waste my time. I’m so sick of this whole thing now.
The only thing I regret is not insisting for refund when the engine died and gave them a second chance to fix the car
Even used my own RACT service to tow my car to their distribution from Huonville to Derwent park.
